- To gather all pertinent information for the purpose of creating a critical path from inception to completion of any given project. Creating this critical path includes the following tasks:
- The coordination of all vendors on a single project by obtaining commitments that are in compliance with the over all critical path.
- Solicit bids as per client direction.
- Monitor the progress of all tasks as well as the quality of work performed.
- Clearly define any and all punchlist items to ensure completion of each task.
